Join the Mount Riley Harvest Crew – Vintage 2026

Ready for an unforgettable harvest adventure? We’re a small, family-owned winery making awesome cool-climate wines – and we’re looking for extra hands to bring in the 2025 vintage!

Think long sunny days, the buzz of harvest, hot meals, good laughs, and a crew that feels more like family than work.

When:

Early/Mid-March to Late-April/Early-May (about 6–8 weeks)

What you’ll do:

• Crush it (literally!) during 12-hour shifts, up to 7 days a week at peak

• Work either day or night shifts

• Be part of a tight, fun team making great wine

What you bring:

• Energy, drive and a sense of humour

• At least 1–2 vintages’ winery experience or a relevant qualification

• Able to work 12-hour days, with a minimum of 30 hours a week, increasing to 84 hours a week during the peak of harvest

• Practical skills, good communication, and a team-player attitude

• Willingness to work hard when the grapes are calling

• Hourly Rate: $27.50 - $30.00 depending on experience.
