We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and hard-working person to join us in the Sales and Marketing Coordinator role, responsible for supporting the Sales & Marketing team to promote and sell all of our wines. You will naturally enjoy and appreciate wine, be highly organised, articulate, and able to take ownership of the key administrative and hosting duties.  

The role includes three key areas of responsibility: 

Marketing information and communications 

  • Coordinating the presentation of reviews and tasting notes 

  • Managing the image library  

  • Maintaining and updating the database and websites 

  • Keeping technical wine information updated on distributor portals 

Sales Administration 

  • Setting up new products for Cellar Door and online sales 

  • Processing, packing and dispatch of website orders 

  • Managing wine deliveries  

  • Monitoring Cellar Door stock 

 Cellar Door  

  • Hosting the full range of wine tastings & tours and making sales 

  • Answering phone and email enquiries 

  • Managing the visitor calendar 

  • Cleaning and re-stocking Cellar Door areas  

  • Assistance at Events  

This is a full-time role which will require some work on weekends and evenings. A good level of fitness is required to lift and move wine boxes.  

A customer focus and passion for wine is essential. A tertiary degree or qualifications would be beneficial, as would wine or hospitality experience. Every day will be different as you move between the different work areas and manage priorities, be it orders, customers or communications. You’ll need to know your way around Microsoft, websites and digital communications, love meeting new people, solving problems, and making things happen.
