Position Purpose

The Vineyard Supervisor is responsible for leading their crew, ensuring vineyard tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out seasonal vineyard tasks, including pruning, canopy management, and harvest activities.

• Coordinate team tasks, maintain operational records, and contribute to efficient workplace operations.

• Develop practical viticulture skills and industry knowledge.
