Cellar Door Host

We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Cellar Door Host to join our team on weekends. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, guiding guests through tastings, and helping to create memorable experiences that reflect our brand.

Days required: Saturdays and Sundays - with potential for more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and provide engaging, knowledgeable wine tastings.

• Share the Swift Wines story and offer insight into our winemaking process.

• Assist customers with wine purchases and membership sign-ups.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting cellar door environment.

• Handle POS transactions accurately.

• Set up and pack down as required.

• Support occasional events or group tastings.

About You:

• Passionate about wine, hospitality, and customer experience.

• Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people.

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

• Current managers certificate a bonus! But not essential.

• Previous cellar door, retail, or hospitality experience preferred (training will be provided).
