Greystone Cellar Door Tasting Host & Restaurant Front of House

Greystone Wines Restaurant & Cellar Door is an innovative and exciting restaurant which prides itself on locally-sourced, seasonal produce showcased in a regularly changing menu to deliver the best dining experience to guests, paired with Greystone's award winning wines. We believe in genuine hospitality, storytelling, and creating memorable experiences that turn first-time guests into lifelong fans.

We are looking for one fixed-term role from September to February with the possibility of extension and one fulltime role. You will be working with a small team during the busiest and most vibrant time of year, welcoming visitors from all over the world and sharing our wines and locally-inspired food in a stunning vineyard setting. Your role will range from hosting guests through tasting our award-winning wines in our tasting lounge to assisting in front of house service in the Restaurant.

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a memorable and educational experience for all guests

• Share award-winning wines and knowledge with visitors

• Work in a lively hospitality environment

• Work flexibly across weekends and public holidays

About you:

• Genuinely passionate about wine and enthusiastic about sharing that with others

• Confident and engaging in a hospitality environment

• Hospitality experience required

• Duty managers license is a plus

• Wine knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
