The Position

We are searching for an all-round viticulture superstar to lead our seasonal vineyard crew. This is a full time, permanent role that will report to the vineyard manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Training and leading the seasonal crew.
• Executing the seasonal canopy management plan.
• Pest and disease monitoring.
• Phenology and record keeping
• There will be regular opportunities to upskill and learn outside of these core responsibilties.

Skills and experience:

• A natural leader and strong communicator.
• Physically fit to complete and champion any vineyard task.
• A love of the outdoors and protecting our natural environment.
• A superb eye for detail.
• Takes pride in achieving the best results, and producing the highest quality grapes and wine.
• Motivated to learn new skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years exeperience in a vineyard position.
• The ability to work permanently in New Zealand.
