Role Overview

As a Winery Production Supervisor, you will work alongside the bottling team, overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our Still and Sparkling bottling lines. This role requires hands-on involvement, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage both Still & Sparkling bottling lines, supervising a small team of trained staff.
  • Lead staff recruitment, training, and supervision processes.
  • Oversee cleaning, preventative maintenance, and planning of production.
  • Ensure exceptional quality and presentation of the bottled products.
  • Provide additional support to the winery team when necessary.


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience operating bottling lines in the wine industry or equivalent relevant industry exposure.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with prior experience in managing small teams.
  • Proficiency in safety, quality, and environmental systems.
  • Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and moderate lifting (up to 21kg).
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, reliability, and organizational prowess.
  • Moderate computer literacy and mathematical skills.

Desired Attributes:

  • Mechanical aptitude or a background in machinery maintenance.
  • A forklift license is highly advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • Desire for continuous learning and skill development.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and motivation to achieve high quality results.
