Delegat Marlborough winery is a large and modern facility with a 40,000-tonne capacity and focuses primarily on Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir varieties which are all harvested locally.

The opportunity

We are seeking dynamic and motivated people to join our team for a truly rewarding vintage experience.

Our Vintage Cellar Hands are involved in various winemaking and cellar operations from grape receival through to fermentation management, clarification, and cooperage operations.

Our Vintage Laboratory Technicians work in a fast-paced environment and are responsible for the accurate analysis and quality testing of our world class wines, consistent with industry best practices.

Employment would commence February 2024 through to May/June 2024. Peak harvest operations will involve 12 hours per day, six days per week. We also guarantee a minimum of 30 hours a week before and after the harvest period. Pay rates will range from $25 - $30 an hour dependent on relevant industry experience.

  • You have cellar hand/lab experience or are interested to gain experience in the wine industry.
