Cardrona Distillery is poised to increase production and is in search of enthusiastic, motivated Distillery Hands to join our Production team.

A background in spirit production, chemical engineering, winemaking or brewing is preferred. Full training will be included in induction before autonomous operation. Opportunities to study exist for canidates interested in expanding their theoretical knowledge of raw materials and processing. 

This is a physical, hands-on role demanding high attention to detail, strong time management skills and a passion for fermentation. 

Full Time positions available.

• Rolling roster, 4 days on 4 days off (Annual Leave Included)

• Busy and unique opportunity in a stunning landscape and state of the art distillery
• 12hour shifts, covering 24hour production. Day and night shifts alternate.
• Must have current working rights in New Zealand
