Heaphy Vineyards is part of the international Boutinot Wine group, with vineyards in the UK, Italy, France, South Africa and Nelson!

We are seeking a permanent Cellar Hand to join our small team based at Heaphy Vineyards in Nelson.

The role is full time, 40 hours per week, but the hours will increase over harvest time.

The successful candidate will be a competent, hardworking operator, with a minimum 2 years’ experience working in cellars. Enthusiastic, positive attitude, good sense humour, easy going, but puts the effort in, showing good initiative - with the team goal of making the best wine we can. All round great person!

The home vineyard has the oldest commercial Riesling vines in NZ and while the role is winery-based, there maybe a chance to get in the vineyard from time-to-time.

We are at a time of dynamic change and the position offers an exciting chance to join the company as we grow and develop.
