The Role
Based in Marlborough, the purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administrative support to the Grower Relationship Team, to ensure an excellent customer experience and service delivery to our external Growers as well as supporting the Grower Relationship Team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive administrative support to the Grower Team
- Maintain and update pricing and payment schedules
- Prepare vine supply agreements as required
- Act as a champion for the Grower Portal, updating content as required. Be the main contact for resolving issues and provide Portal training to Growers as required
- Update and maintain Grower contracts as required
- Update internal viticulture databases and systems as required
- Running reports, exporting data and data analysis
- Preparing purchase orders
- Assist with planning and delivery of Grower events and functions
- Provide Harvest administration preparation and support as required
- Coordinate production and delivery of Grower signage as required
- Reconciliation Grower Team expenses
- Participation in key Grower projects as required
- Provide Arc GIS support
- Maintain and update the Grower Database as required
Reporting to the Grower Relationship Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our Grower Team. This is a varied role which will also require a high level of attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills.
About You
The successful candidate may be a recent Viticulture Graduate or have at least 3 years’ experience working at Viticulture administration role, or in a role that displays similar responsibilities.
Other skills you will possess include:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite
- Problem solving and inductive reasoning
- Commercial acumen/contract management experience
- Self-starting with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
