The Role 

Reporting to the Director of Winegrowing, the Group Quality Assurance Manager’s primary function is to lead Indevin Group’s quality assurance, food safety and continuous improvement strategy across our business. Ensuring we have the necessary systems and practices to meet contractual and regulatory obligations is a critical part of this role.

This position also plays an integral role across various teams including Group QA, Operations, Winemaking, Viticulture, Supply Chain, and our Global Sales teams. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Placing Indevin Group in a leading position for best practice, GMP and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring transparency and traceability throughout Indevin Group’s supply chain.
  • Ensuring critical systems are maintained and meet the changing needs of the business.
  • As a senior leader, lead and maintain a safe working environment, identify Safety, Quality & Environmental risks and ensure Risk Management processes are followed.

About You

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in multi-disciplinary fields, including quality assurance, continuous improvement, and corporate social responsibility. You would have experience managing quality programs in large businesses preferably in the FMCG sector. 

You will have sound experience in managing integrated systems, from raw material to consumer, with a focus on translating complex standards into practical operational procedures. 

Other skills you will possess include:

  • A high level of experience in change management & project management
  • Experience in developing people and building high performing teams
  • High levels of integrity and is values-driven
