About the role

Reporting to the Head of Winegrowing, you will develop Indevin Group’s sustainability reporting framework and metrics. This is a new role and will be responsible for the collation and management of data to enable and report on environmental and social outcomes. You will develop robust and methodical reporting and work with external stakeholders to support assurance of sustainability progress and credentials. Internal stakeholders will include vineyard and winery managers, ensuring environmental management compliance and continual improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop Indevin’s sustainability reporting framework for environment and social performance
  • Lead sustainability reporting for internal and external audiences
  • Implement monitoring and auditing of environmental data and support site environmental compliance
  • Manage external annual emissions reporting and certification process

What you’ll bring to the role

Our ideal candidate will be positive and energetic, enjoy working with people across multiple teams, as well as being able to work autonomously. The ability to “get stuck in” and being self-driven are key attributes we are looking for in this position.

Other requirements are:

  • Experience in Sustainability reporting and standards such as ISO14,001, GRI & CDP
  • Demonstrated data and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across the organization
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Tertiary Qualification in Environmental Science or Resource Management
  • Commercial acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
