Reporting to the Production and Supply Chain Manager, we’re looking for a Logistics Manager to lead the Logistics & Warehousing Team at Cloudy Bay Vineyards, by managing the distribution, planning, dry goods procurement, inventory control and label compliance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to share both your wine knowledge and your passion for operations support and leadership to ensure that Cloudy Bay maintains the high quality service.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Organizing and manage shipments to market
    • Managing annual export requirements and monthly domestic distribution
    • Managing dry goods procurement with costs efficiencies
    • Label compliance
    • Managing wine export certification
    • Liaising with internal supplier and external customers
    • Managing inventory stock takes


In order to succeed in this position, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Logistics is desirable;
  • At least 5 years experience working in logistics/warehouse management, preferably in a winery
  • Experience in logistics coordination
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft programs & SAP)
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal with interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make clear, concise decisions whilst using problem-solving skills
  • Planning and organizing
  • Adaptability with Integrity
  • Relevant rights to work in New Zealand
  • Relevant rights to work in New Zealand
