The position involves all aspects of cellar and vineyard work the split is 70% winery/30% vineyard.
Ideally, the candidate will have tertiary qualifications in viticulture and oenology and/or vineyard and winery experience, but most importantly fit in with the winemaking and viticulture team.
Attitude is important - being a team player, with a sense of humour.
You will have a keen interest in sustainability and the wine industry.
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work to multiple deadlines.
Self-motivated and work well under pressure.
You must have the ability to work flexible hours over vintage.
Be involved in all operations from the start of the growing season to the finished wine product.
Full training will be provided to successful applicants.
