We are a Vineyard Management Company based in Cromwell who manage and assist many local, national and internationally-owned vineyards in Central Otago, and the Waitaki.
We are a locally-owned company and are involved with commercial-style, as well as ultra premium vineyards. Our team consists of enthusiastic, and self motivated individuals who have strong work ethics and take pride in their work. We are currently looking for a range of staff to join our positive and fun-loving team.
Vineyard Supervisor/Crew Foreman: This role would ideally be filled by someone with relevant vineyard experience or a tertiary qualification; however we are happy to train someone who has excellent communication skills and has a desire to step up to a role with more responsibility.
Vineyard Tractor Operator: This role would require someone that has had vineyard experience and multiple years of tractor experience.
Viticulture Intern: This position would be suited to someone who has had experience in vineyards/orchards, or someone who would like to gain knowledge of the full scope of the viticulture industry. This internship is a paid position and has a study component to it.
Seasonal Vineyard Worker: Ideally, this can be anyone that has had vineyard or horticultural experience. Individuals that are highly-motivated, with less experience are encouraged to apply. We offer an hourly wage, as well as a large volume of contract work. For motivated workers, this offers the potential to earn well above minimum wage.
