Tātou (meaning “we” “all-of-us” in Te Reo and Samoan) is a HR SaaS platform that offers a practical paperless solution for tracking workers and resources in the field. Tātou offers a focused, fair and efficient solution, making compliance, management, and planning tasks easy, traceable, and transparent. Tātou aligns itself with like-minded, ethical and fair clients who want to be at the forefront of innovative workforce management technology, ultimately changing worker’s lives. Current clients include growers, contractors, wineries, pack-houses and others in the viticulture, horticulture, and agriculture markets.

In this brand-new role, you will be responsible for developing our sales and marketing engine: setting up, measuring and improving processes, frameworks to generate a reliable, repeatable, and successful customer journey and experience (we want the “WOW” from them). You will also cultivate and amplify our brand to ensure we reach new customer markets onshore and offshore. Your ability to build exceptional relationships and trust with others will see you excel in this broad, high-impact role.

We are looking for a down-to-earth, driven misfit, someone that can’t accept the norm. A rockstar with excellent experience, who is well respected and trusted within the sales field (of course knowing a wee bit of viticulture/horticulture or agricultural industries). A person who will push boundaries and challenge the status quo to deliver exceptional results, and for real, CHANGE THE WORLD.
