Senior Administration Officer

Mon – Fri. (35 hours)

We are seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic and motivated person to join our small team.

Duties include:

  • Accounts receivable & payable.
  • Banking and account reconciliation.
  • Payroll, Paye, GST & Excise.
  • Stock management and reconciliation.
  • Export documentation.
  • Staff management and contracts.
  • Health & Safety policy and procedures.
  • Cashflow management.

Applicant will require:

  • Sound financial background.
  • Legislative understanding in employment, H&S.
  • Import and export experience.

Whilst experience in the wine industry would be an advantage, all applications will be considered.

Applicants must be eligible to work in NZ.
