RELOCATING TO MARTINBOROUGH - Looking for a permanent winery position.
Hard-working, fast learner with a demonstrated attention to detail, proven ability to work well under pressure and a strong desire to learn. Extensive industry experience both in NZ (Hawkes Bay/Martinborough) and Germany.
Competent in racking, blending, fining, transfers, inoculations, pressing, oak management, stabilization, storage, bottling, barrel management, lab work, and a comprehensive understanding of vineyard operations.
Qualified in Viticulture and Oenology from LVWO Weinsberg, Germany. Licences held: car (full), tractor, truck, forklift Available July 2016. CV and references available on request.
