This is a fantastic opportunity to work for England's most prestigious sparkling wine producer. For over 30 years, Nyetimber has had a single aim: to make the finest English sparkling wine, one to rival the very best in the world. A true pioneer, Nyetimber was the first producer of English sparkling wine to craft wines made exclusively from the three celebrated grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Our wines are made from 100% estate-owned grapes.

We are looking for a Seasonal Harvest Assistant Winemaker to help over our harvest period for 7 weeks in and surrounding October. This role is pivotal to contribute to all winery harvest operations and take responsibility for running the site including safety for all personnel and uphold quality objectives.

Applicants must hold a Bachelors in Oenology, as well as experience in a leadership role for a minimum of 3+ harvests. You’ll have experience running and maintaining winery software and management systems, interpreting lab analysis and juice tasting and assessment.

You must have a passion for sparkling wine and be proactive with an excellent attention to detail.
