Babich Wines Ltd is a family-owned company that is celebrating 102 years of wine making. We have a new winery and seven company vineyards in Marlborough that export wine to over 50 countries.
We are looking for an experienced and innovative person to work with our Administration Coordinator to implement and manage the day-to-day administration activities for our winery and vineyard operations.
The position is based at our Marlborough Winery and provides a wide range of duties including reception for the Winery. You will support the production team with general administration functions such as financial and payroll administration, along with basic HR and assisting with the organisation of events. Additional to this, you will also provide support for our Health & Safety systems, so experience in this field would be well regarded.
The successful candidate will need to be super-organised, have proven knowledge of all Windows based systems, be able to demonstrate sound interpersonal and communication skills and have an ability to work autonomously.
