Cellar Door Management/Marketing position

We are looking for the right person to join our team and take on the permanent position of Cellar Door Manager. This position involves organizing and coordinating the hosting of tastings in the Cellar Door, order processing, wine dispatch, internet sales and running Chard Farm’s wine club.
The successful applicant will have good organisational and multi-tasking skills and have a professional, friendly and welcoming manner and be able to lead, organise and build a top level Cellar Door sales team.
A solid understanding of CRM and sales as well as general computer literacy is required. A keen interest in wine would be an advantage. Social media skills would be useful.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Salary commensurate with skill set.
