Framingham Wines is a well-established winery in Marlborough with a Cellar Door that is one of the busiest in the region. Visitors are provided an experience that goes beyond tasting award-winning wines, forming the basis for an ongoing customer relationship.

Not only have they developed a strong reputation for their premium wine varieties, but they are continually growing their loyal following.

We are seeking a customer champion - someone to continue driving customer relationship success for Framingham and offers their own creative ideas and initiatives to further enhance the Framingham experience. 

The Cellar Door is a critical touchstone for Framingham customers, so the successful management of this is at the heart of the role. Understanding Framingham’s various customer groups and creating tailored experiences is central to being effective within the Cellar Door.

Having the enthusiasm and providing the ideas to identify and create new communication and sales opportunities is key to success in managing the ongoing Framingham customer experience.         

If you are passionate about customer service, sales and wine this could be the role for you. 

To be successful in this role, you will have two to five years sales experience, ideally in a retail or hospitality environment, thrive on autonomy with the confidence to make this part of the business your own, and preferably have some previous people management experience.

In addition to your warm and friendly personality, you will have sound computer skills (especially in Excel), have great attention to detail and strong analytical skills which enable you to see trends, monitor customers and identify patterns of behaviour. Direct Marketing and customer database management experience would be a benefit.
